The Angel in Queens

Okay now I know we've all heard about Jorge "Colombia" Munoz at some point this year and if you havent then let me just share with you a good hearted Lateeno dedicated to his gente and others as well. Every night at 9:30pm in Queens, New York Mr. Jorge Munoz sets out in his white pickup truck and feeds day laborers who've found themselves on the streets because of the slow construction projects. For the last few years Jorge has dedicated himself to this cause and has proudly fed dozens of day laborers on his meager $600 a week. He also receives donations from neighborhood restaurants and bakery's to help with the daily supply of food, between the donations and his mother and sisters help in preparing Jorge is able to make his nightly schedule. A truly God sent angel that cares enough to do his part for his fellow gente, and I feel a great obligation to mention his good deed.
